First of all, we want to make it clear that if you are every experiencing injury, talk to your coach. The slightest tweak of your movements can get rid of shoulder pain completely. Shoulder injury can lead to back and hip pain, which can hinder your playing skills. You can see the dynamic of your team start to shift, the air becomes more tense in practice. So how do you, as a player, help your team become a family?

You also want to make sure that the cliques are forming a problem, and not just some of the girls on your team are better friends with some than with others. Coach says they determine who plays in a game based off these statistics, but you have no idea what these numbers mean. Or maybe your coach doesn't take any stats, but you want to know your hitting percentage just don't know how to calculate that.
